Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the gcup4 platform. By accessing or using any part of gcup4, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the gcup4 website, mobile platform, and all associated services operated under the domain gcup4.app (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("Member", "User", "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the gcup4 Platform. Continued use following publication of any revised version of this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
gcup4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, gcup4 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the contact details held on their account.
Use of the gcup4 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged twenty-one (21) years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gcup4 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.
It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the gcup4 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. gcup4 does not represent that the services offered are available or lawful in all jurisdictions. You must not use the Platform if doing so would violate any law applicable to you.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the gcup4 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or who have been excluded by gcup4 pursuant to any applicable regulatory requirement are not permitted to register new accounts or attempt to access the Platform by any means.
When registering for a gcup4 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. gcup4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify gcup4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
gcup4 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process consistent with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at such other time as gcup4 deems appropriate. Failure to complete verification to gcup4's satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
gcup4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which may include but are not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gcup4 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via third-party accounts not registered in the Member's name.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by gcup4 on a best-efforts basis. gcup4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity is identified. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.
All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions on the gcup4 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gcup4 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency without explicit prior arrangement.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. gcup4 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by gcup4 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be stated at the time the relevant promotion is communicated or displayed on the Platform. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
gcup4 prohibits any conduct that constitutes abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing hedged bets designed to guarantee a mathematical advantage over gcup4 using bonus funds; or any other form of manipulation of the bonus system. gcup4 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from bonus abuse, and suspend or terminate the accounts of Members found to have engaged in such conduct.
gcup4 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any Member and may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gcup4 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and pursuit of legal remedies:
All content on the gcup4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, user interfaces, and databases, is the proprietary intellectual property of gcup4 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to use any such intellectual property is granted to you by this Agreement other than the limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Member. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without gcup4's express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gcup4 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether gcup4 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gcup4's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit gcup4's liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
gcup4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

gcup4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at its sole discretion, including where gcup4 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, gcup4 will return any remaining verified real-money balance to the Member via the Member's registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to gcup4. Bonus balances and associated winnings are not returnable upon termination for cause.
Members may close their accounts at any time by contacting gcup4's customer support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations accrued prior to the date of closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which gcup4 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, which cannot be resolved by good faith negotiation between the parties, shall be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
gcup4 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible at gcup4.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. By continuing to use the Platform after changes have been published, you confirm your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should close your account and cease use of the Platform.
